Denise Magee's Bio
In addition to being a small business owner since 1995, an Intuit product user since 1985, and QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor since 1998, Denise Magee enjoyed being an Adjunct College Instructor for Hillsborough Community College in Tampa Florida and St. Petersburg College Corporate Training Center, in Clearwater Florida, for QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Windows Fundamentals, Internet Fundamentals, and Basic Computer Operations. In 2006, she was selected as one of the top 73 Intuit Consultants to be a charter member of the Enterprise Solutions Provider Program. She has also completed her Advanced Certification, is a QuickBooks Community Expert, an Intuit Speaker Bureau Member, a Retail Solutions Provider, as well as Founder and President of the largest private QuickBooks only bookkeeping, consulting, and training center in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. Her experience working with a variety of industry businesses has allowed her to expand her offering of services to include business consulting in conjunction with QuickBooks Consulting.
Sharon Henson's Bio
Sharon Henson joined Quality Consulting Group in December of 2007, with over six years of QuickBooks experience as the sole bookkeeper for a variety of clients. A USF graduate, Sharon has exceptional organizational skills and is proactive and detail oriented. Her ten years of experience with a large commercial bank gave her in-depth knowledge that will benefit all organizations. In 2008, she obtained her QuickBooks Professional Advisor Certification and in 2010, she obtained her Advanced QuickBooks Certification as well as her QuickBooks Point of Sale and QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions certifications. Sharon has been managing the bookkeeping division since 2012.
Patricia Barnett-Weeks's Bio
Patricia Barnett-Weeks joined Quality Consulting Group in April 2012 and has been working with QuickBooks and other accounting software since 1997. She earned her degree from New Mexico State University in agricultural business and economics. Her proactive and detail oriented work ethic allow her to revel in the DCAA compliance accounts. She has been involved in bookkeeping and accounting across several different industries including government, agriculture and non-profits. Patricia relocated to Florida from New Mexico in 2011 and brings a Southwestern flair to our office.
Katie Arias's Bio
Katie Arias joined Quality Consulting Group in June of 2016. Originally from Miami, FL she attended FIU as a music major before embarking in a career in Accounting. Katie received her Associates in Accounting at Keiser University and her Bachelors of Science in Accounting at DeVry University. She has 10 years of accounting experience working in a CPA and accounting firm. She has an extensive knowledge of QuickBooks as well as corporate, estate and individual tax returns. She has worked with a number of different types of accounting clients. She has experience working on foreign and guardianship accounting accounts. She is a licensed notary and is currently working on her enrolled agent certification.
Tara Davis's Bio
Tara Davis joined Quality Consulting Group in September 2013 after working and managing a business for 13 years. Throughout her professional career, she learned the valued qualities of customer service and communication; which she uses on a daily basis with her current clients. Tara is now an assistant bookkeeper with several years of not only QuickBooks experience but accounting as well. With her exceptional computer skills, attention to detail and dedicated work ethic, Tara has been able to move up quickly in the company.
Dawn Smith's Bio
Starting with Quality Consulting Group in 2006, Dawn is our "all around" team member filling in where is needed and making sure the office runs smoothely. After working for Aetna as a foreign claims analyst for 25 years, she retired and has assisted Denise with Quality Consulting Group as well as her other businesses.
